Prepaid treatments are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
We are able to package a series of treatments at a discounted price to allow our clients the best possible results and value for money, therefore, prepaid treatments are Non refundable and not transferable.
While we understand that emergency situations happen, we kindly request 48 hours notice should you wish to reschedule your appointment to allow another client on our waitlist to fill the spot.
We promise to do all we can to help our clients achieve their goals and provide each service and treatment with absolute perfection to ensure your satisfaction.
However please appreciate that the buck doesn't stop with your therapist or treatment.
Clients must accept responsibility for maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle when they leave the clinic, since we have no control of your actions once you leave our premises.
It is in our best interests to see our clients happy and fulfilled, if at any stage you need assistance with your health, diet, fitness or lifestyle please ensure you reach out to us as we may be able to provide you with contacts of personal fitness trainers and nutritionists to help you on your journey.
In order to provide a treatment within our clinic, we will require you to fill in a consultation form and have a free consultation with one of our professional therapists.
The purpose of this is to:
- Explain the treatment to you and ensure you have a thorough understanding of the treatment, procedures, potential risks and aftercare.
- Obtain a brief medical history to ensure you don't have any contraindications specific to the treatment
- Answer all of your questions and concerns
- Obtain your consent
It is very important that you are honest and open with regard to medical conditions and backgrounds as certain conditions and medications may cause harm and detriment to your health.
If you are unsure, we urge you to bring a clearance letter from your GP.
